Our private group coaching community is hosted in a different app than the coaching app, but is easy to use super streamlined. You can ask questions, share your wins or struggles, and more.

  • Workouts On Demand. Choose what works for you from a variety of on-demand fitness programs in our growing library. The programs range from 2-5 days a week and have varying equipment options. So no matter what your goal, your schedule, or what equipment you have available, there is a program for you.

  • Weekly 1:1 Check-ins.*NEW FEATURE* On your designated check-in day, we head into our private space to share your struggles, wins, and create strategic plans for your journey built for your life.

  • Comprehensive Resource Library. At your own pace, learn in our on-demand library of resources including, but not limited to: E-books, educational videos on various topics, worksheets, and recipes with nutritional information. With these resources, you'll know longer have to find the information you are looking for, it is all at your fingertips.

  • Initial Macros. We will take your current height, weight, age, and physical activity multiplier from your intake form and give you your baseline macros. If you ever need them redone, you just need to ask for a macro check on a check in!
